Power Symbol 2 offers an alternative general-power design for a Small Push control position. Select this version when its artwork suits your panel layout, then match the electrical circuit to the accessory you intend to operate. The symbol identifies the button without tying it to one particular type of equipment.
Choosing the Power Symbol 2 design
The legend is laser etched into a matte black hard face. A heavy-duty ABS body and OEM-style proportions give the switch a factory look. Its face measures 32.5 × 22 mm, approximately 1.28 × 0.87 inches; check the available opening rather than choosing by appearance alone.
Compare the standard Power Symbol if you are deciding between graphics. Power Symbol 2 names this artwork option, not a second electrical output or a different current rating.
What happens when you press the button?
The electronic switch uses Single Pole Single Throw ON/OFF action and is rated at 3A at 12V, with short circuit protection. Its upper LED comes on when the button is pressed IN. The lower LED can be wired independently to a separate dash-light circuit, following the supplied wiring diagram.
The accessory MUST be wired through a fused relay in ALL cases. Select the relay, fuse and cable for the actual load. The power marking does not mean the switch can directly handle every 12V accessory.
