Shipping Policy
CH4X4 currently ships within the United States only. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via USPS. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders; shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. CH4X4 is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has been handed off for delivery.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of unused, unopened switches in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. To start a return, contact us at ch4x4industries@gmail.com with your order number.
Custom laser-etched switches are made to order and are final sale — they cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives defective or does not match your order. Refunds for approved returns are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Warranty
CH4X4 switches are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear. Contact us at ch4x4industries@gmail.com for a warranty claim.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, before they ship. Once an order has shipped it is subject to the Returns & Refunds policy above.
