The Interior Lights push switch provides a recognizable control for a suitable cabin or interior accessory-lighting circuit. A dedicated legend helps distinguish these lights from exterior lighting and general accessory-power buttons.
Interior Lights control options
This model provides ON/OFF switching. It does not provide dimming, a timer or a door-trigger interface. Check the intended lighting controller or harness before connecting the button to an existing interior-lighting arrangement.
Published specifications
- Electronic Single Pole Single Throw ON/OFF switch, rated at 3A at 12V.
- Short circuit protection.
- Heavy-duty ABS body and matte black hard face.
- Laser-etched legend.
- Face size: 32.5 × 22 mm, approximately 1.28 × 0.87 inches.
The accessory MUST be wired through a fused relay in ALL cases. Use the supplied switch diagram and the connected equipment’s instructions to plan the relay and load circuit.
How the LEDs work
The upper LED turns ON when the switch is pressed IN. The lower LED can connect to a separate dash-light circuit. That lower connection concerns the button’s illumination; it should not be confused with the interior lamps being controlled.

Package and panel planning
The package includes one Small Push ON/OFF switch and one connector with cable, with a wiring diagram supplied.
Lamps, a lighting controller and a fused relay are not listed as included. Place the Interior Lights control where its purpose is clear alongside your other accessory buttons.
See the Small Push lighting-control range for coordinating legends. The relevant Toyota owner’s manual describes the original vehicle’s interior-lighting controls and operation.
