Engine Start is the legend on this CH4x4 Small Push switch. Before choosing it for a project, note the specified action: Single Pole Single Throw ON/OFF. It is not listed as a momentary push-to-start button, and the label alone does not establish compatibility with a vehicle’s starting system.
Engine Start artwork with ON/OFF operation
The switch provides electronic 12V 3A control with short circuit protection. Its intended circuit must be designed for that ON/OFF action. Confirm the required switching behavior for your application before installation; an engine-start label does not change the electrical operation of the button.
A factory-look panel finish
Heavy-duty ABS construction supports a matte black hard face with a laser-etched legend. The OEM-style format measures 32.5 × 22 mm, approximately 1.28 × 0.87 inches. Check the physical opening instead of relying only on the appearance of the existing blank.
The upper LED illuminates when the switch is pressed IN. The lower LED can be connected to a separate dash-light circuit. These are switch-lighting functions, not confirmation that an engine is running.

Connections and included parts
The accessory MUST be wired through a fused relay in ALL cases. Follow the supplied wiring diagram for the button, and verify the separate circuit requirements before selecting the relay, fuse and wiring.
You receive one Small Push ON/OFF switch and one connector with cable; a wiring diagram is supplied. Compare other legends in the Small Push Series if a different label better describes the circuit you intend to control.
The appropriate Toyota owner’s manual provides information about the vehicle’s original starting controls. Review that information separately from the accessory switch diagram. Choose this Engine Start design only after confirming both the mounting position and required switch action.
