Alien Lights gives an auxiliary lighting control a distinctive identity without changing the look of the whole dashboard. This CH4X4 Small Push switch places the themed legend on a matte black face, so your chosen label can sit alongside the other OEM-style controls.
A distinctive Alien Lights legend
The design is laser etched directly into the switch face. It is a graphic choice for identifying the lighting circuit you assign to the switch, rather than a separate type of lamp or lighting effect. Use the product image to decide whether this theme belongs in your panel.
The housing is heavy-duty ABS with a hard black surface and a face size of 32.5 × 22 mm (approximately 1.28 × 0.87 in). Its factory look is intended for the existing switch spaces in the compatible Toyota applications listed below.
How the illuminated control works
Pressing the switch IN turns on the upper LED. The lower LED has a separate role: it can be wired to the dashboard light circuit. The switching action is Single Pole Single Throw ON/OFF, with an electronic rating of 3A at 12V and short circuit protection.
Prepare the lighting circuit
Every accessory must be wired through a fused relay. The Alien Lights legend does not increase the switch current rating. Use the supplied wiring diagram and plan the connected lighting load accordingly. The relay with 5-pin harness is a related product for your wiring plan.
The kit includes one ON/OFF Small Push switch and one connector with cable. A wiring diagram is supplied with the switch.
