The Rock Lights push switch provides an identifiable control for a suitable auxiliary rock-lighting installation. Its named legend helps separate this lighting group from front-facing lamps or other accessories on the panel.
Rock Lights control requirements
Check the lighting equipment or controller instructions before wiring. This electronic Single Pole Single Throw switch provides ON/OFF operation, rated at 3A at 12V, with short circuit protection. It does not supply color selection, dimming or lighting-effect controls.
The accessory MUST be wired through a fused relay in ALL cases. Use the supplied switch diagram for the button and the lamp manufacturer’s requirements for the relay and load circuit.
Illumination at the switch
The upper LED turns ON when the button is pressed IN. The lower LED can connect to a separate dash-light circuit. The upper indication concerns switch position, not confirmation that every connected rock light is working.
Dimensions and construction
The OEM-style face measures 32.5 × 22 mm, approximately 1.28 × 0.87 inches. A heavy-duty ABS body supports the matte black hard surface and laser-etched Rock Lights legend, creating a factory look.
Compatible with Toyota applications
