The Ditch Lights Symbol push switch provides a dedicated control for a suitable auxiliary lighting circuit. This listing is identified by SKU CH4X4-TOY-DITCH3-SML, helping distinguish it from other ditch-light designs with similar product names.
Ditch Lights Symbol circuit planning
Check the connected lighting equipment’s requirements before wiring the button. The electronic Single Pole Single Throw ON/OFF switch is rated at 3A at 12V and includes short circuit protection.
The accessory MUST be wired through a fused relay in ALL cases. Use the supplied switch diagram alongside the lamp manufacturer’s instructions. Lamp current should not be routed directly through the Small Push button merely because the lights use a 12V supply.
Illumination and switch position
The upper LED turns ON when the button is pressed IN. The lower LED can connect to a separate dash-light circuit. These indicators belong to the switch; they do not measure light output or confirm that a lamp is working.
DITCH3 face and body
The face measures 32.5 × 22 mm, approximately 1.28 × 0.87 inches. A heavy-duty ABS body and matte black hard surface give an OEM-style factory look. The Ditch Lights Symbol legend is laser etched into the face.
Compatible with Toyota mounting locations
Verify the model year and switch opening. Tacoma uses the center-console position only. For entries marked ON, confirm the exact year and available space.
