The Dashcam Recording push switch gives a camera accessory circuit a clearly named place in your panel. Its laser-etched legend and matte black face create a factory look while distinguishing this control from switches for lights or other equipment.
What the Dashcam Recording label means
This is a Single Pole Single Throw ON/OFF electronic switch, not a recording-status monitor. The upper LED illuminates when the button is pressed IN. Whether the connected dashcam is recording depends on the camera system itself; the legend and switch light do not confirm video capture.
A second, lower LED can connect to a separate dash-light circuit. Use the supplied diagram when planning those connections, so the switch indication and panel illumination serve their intended roles.

Build the circuit around the camera’s requirements
The accessory MUST be wired through a fused relay in ALL cases. Follow the switch diagram and the connected camera’s requirements when selecting the relay, fuse and load wiring. This button does not add parking-recording functions or change the camera’s operating modes.
The package includes one Small Push switch and one connector with cable, with a wiring diagram supplied. For a different camera legend, compare Dash Camera Symbol 1; the Small Push Series also contains other accessory labels.
Use the appropriate Toyota owner’s manual to identify original vehicle controls while planning your layout. Check the available space and chosen label together so the added camera control is easy to distinguish.
